This project comes under the Cinéma-Bellevue sustainable neighbourhood contract in Molenbeek. Built after a major consultation process with users, managers and associations in the area, the park has a sports area for children, a games area for younger kids, places to relax and a fitness area.

The centre of the park, linking the various zones, is a large paved multi-use space next to the existing community centre. In the quiet zone next to the flats three areas have been carved out for a trampoline, a spinning wheel, a maze, Japanese steps, talking tubes and a slide. For adults there is varied seating and a large shaded area.

The sports zone has two multi-sport pitches with artificial turf and a large covered stand next to them. Nearby there is a running track, ping-pong tables and three basketball hoops. Towards the chaussée de Ninove there is a fitness area where anybody can work out, as well as a lawn that can be used as and how.
